I enjoyed your article in Countryside. I finally know that a scotch shepard and a scotch collie is the same dog. I have wondered about that for years. In Jack London’s Call of the Wild, Buck is the offspring of a Scotch Shepard and a Saint Bernard. I figured a Scotch Shepard was a collie but was not sure, so thank you!
